‘The autograph of the mind’
In this journal the attempt is to document the mathematics of the mind. The mind describes the signatures or mark making process of medium/material and its spontaneity and rational composition, which imposes structure and logic upon the surfaces. The idea is that the dream world is reality and reality is the dream space. They are an attempt to describe the illusion that the materials capture. The figures (studies) will be of the self created from the energy (holos) within. They are the frequency or vibration of the mind. They are the ‘immaterial will’ made manifest in the physical space.

‘Chaos’
Mark Making
The true intention of the mind always come through in the images. This is the signature, the nature of the soul, frequency or vibration. The first intention is to allow the material to force the images to display the inner self as it moves through the time space . Each illusion captures its evolution in that moment in the process.

Statement 2
“The need for structure”
Composition
The autograph of composition begins with the horizontal line, which divides the surface into two parts, high and low. I believe the body is in the spirit and the pattern of the spirit is logical and mathematical. The chaos of the materials therefore needs the structure of the mind, its highs and its lows. I lay the paintings on the floor as I have done so many times before.They are easier seen when they are on the floor. It is as if I am floating above them and they are aerial views of my mind, the high. At some other part in the journey I have to hold them at vertical view, the low, to see into them so the images can inject into me the compositional direction it needs to follow. I hold a magnifying lens close to the surface to organize the microscopic parts of the picture not seen with the naked eye. The chaos of the body (material) is structured by the spirit (composition) and both begin to graph and refine the unseen.

“Figures as autographs”
Symbology
The energy lingered for seven years, and within, the idea labored long, and now as signatures have made their rebirth into the material existence. The paintings, the autographs, the invisible made visible for me to examine and ponder upon. Once again, as my guests, what do these dream images mean, and like the deja vu, have I not been here before and done this thing before. Each piece of work is a mark, a graph of the vibration within, a mental picture of the ethereal landscape in a specific space time, a conversation to be had with the self. The paintings are the figures, the autographs of the consciousness, the transformation and evolution of the attributes (souls) within.
